Additional bonus points:
~ A picture with your dentist: 10 points
~ Farthest distance: 5 points
~ With family or friends wearing their Cuozzo t-shirt: 5 points
The person with the most points will win an Apple iPad!!
Submit as many photos as you would like there is NO LIMIT.
Only one photo for each location will be counted
